We would like to inform you that on 12 March last, the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, in its note no. 43836, clarified that Article 1, paragraph 860, of Law no. 207/2024 (Budget Law 2025), concerning the extension of the obligation for directors of companies incorporated in corporate form to equip themselves with a personal PEC to be communicated to the Company Registry, also applies to companies established as companies before 01.01.2025contrary to the initial interpretations provided by some Chambers of Commerce.
The obligation applies to all types of companies, with the exclusion of certain special cases.
Accordingly, for all enterprises established in corporate formregardless of its date of incorporation, tall directors and liquidators must have their own personal PEC and will have to notify the Company Registry accordingly by next 30 June.
We emphasise that, even before this deadline, the Chambers of Commerce may suspend the files sent if this deficiency is found; we therefore invite all customers to make this communication in good time, in order to avoid possible delays in the processing of files by the Chambers of Commerce and/or in order not to incur any penalties for late communication
